We bid a fond farewell and start planning for the next trip

It was hard to leave but even so, we headed out with 3 hours to spare. Lots of Phillies fans at the airport heading home. We all had the same thought – that’s about it for the sunshine and warm weather for a while.
A relatively pleasant plane ride home (through Chicago again). And thankfully, the predicted rain was not falling when we got in. It was 45 degrees but at least it wasn’t raining.
Time to start planning the next Florida trip. Next time, Miami and the Keys!
