I had been hounding Les about a camping trip. It had been far too long since we’d attempted one. And now that he was the proud owner of an Airstream trailer, with solar panels to boot, there was no reason not to go. But it was Les’ idea to go to Yellowstone. It seemed like a good idea until I figured out how far away it was (800+ miles). Not to mention mid October is a definite gamble weather-wise.
And, as you will see if you read the log or view the pictures, the weather didn’t exactly cooperate with us. But in the end it was yet another great adventure.
